摘要 MicroRNA(miRNA)是一类内源性、非编码蛋白质的短链RNA。近年来,大量研究报道了一些miRNAs在人类癌症中的异常改变,参与癌的形成、浸润以及转移过程,已经迅速发展为食管癌等癌症的重要生物标记物。文章综述了近几年miRNA在食管癌的诊断、治疗及预后的研究进展。 MicroRNAs (miRNA) are endogenous small and noncoding RNAs. In recent years, a great many studies have shown that there is a high correlation exists between abnoralal expression of miRNAs and cancer's occurrence, differentiation, metastasis and recurrence, therefore miRNA is expected to be a biomarker of esophageal cancer. The article reviews the research progress of miRNA in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of esophageal cancer recently.
