放射式冲击波与外敷用药治疗足底筋膜炎的对比分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的 对气动弹道放射式冲击波与外敷用药治疗足底筋膜炎的临床疗效对比分析.方法 2015年3月-5月对60例足底筋膜炎患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例.治疗组采用气动弹道放射式冲击波治疗,对照组采用外敷双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂并配合局部按摩.采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估患者治疗前后疼痛强度.结果 治疗前,两组VAS评分相近,差异无显著性(P〉0.05).完成1个疗程治疗后,治疗组VAS评分较治疗前差异有显著性(P〈0.05),总有效率96.67%;对照组的总有效率63.33%,治疗组显著高于对照组(P〈0.05).结论 气动弹道放射式冲击波对足底筋膜炎的治疗是一种有效的新方法,其疗效好于外敷双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂. Objective To study the clinical effects of pneumatic ballistic radial shock wave therapy plantar fasciitis. Methods 60 cases with plantar fasciitis patients were randomly divided into two groups of 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group. Pneumatic ballistic radial shock wave therapy in the treatment group, and control group were treated with topical diclofenac diethylamine emulsion combined with local massage. Using a visual analog scale (VAS) to assess the patients before and after treatment of pain intensity. Results VAS scores similar to the results in the previous two group, no significant difference (P〉0.05), completed after 1 treatment, VAS score of shock wave in the treatment group compared with before treatment were significantly different (P〈0.05), 96.67% shock wave therapy total efficacy rate, the effective rate of the control group 63.33%, Shockwave treatment group was significantly higher than the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Pneumatic ballistic radial shock wave in the treatment of plantar fasciitis is an effective method, its efficacy is better than topical diclofenac diethylamine emulgel.
