摘要
紫菜多糖(Polysaccharide from Porphyra yezoensis Ueda,简称PP)具有广泛的生理活性,如促进核酸,蛋白质生物合成,抗凝血、降血脂及抗衰老作用等,本文报道紫菜多糖的抗血栓和强心作用。
Polysaccharide from Porphyra yezoensis Ueda (PP) could remarkedly prolong characteristic thrombus formation time (CTFT) and thrombus formation time (TFT) , shorten the length of thrombus, decreased the wet and dry weight of thrombus, euglobulin lysis time, and increase the heart contractive amplitude of rats in vivo.
