摘要
成品油销售企业的首要任务是创造和保持顾客,然而近年来成品油销售企业顾客流失问题越来越突出。文章强调了成品油销售企业顾客流失研究的重要意义,诊断分析了其顾客流失的构成类型、识别指标和产生原因,为成品油销售企业降低顾客流失率、提高顾客满意度和忠诚度提出了当前性和长远性的应对策略。
The primary task for finished oil distribution enterprises is developing and maintaining customers,however,the problem of customer loss for finished oil distribution enterprises is increasingly serious in recent years. The meaning of research on customer loss for finished oil distribution enterprises was elaborated,and the types,identification indexes and reasons of customer loss for finished oil distribution enterprises were analyzed,and proposals on reducing customer loss rate,increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty in short term and long term were raised for finished oil distribution enterprises.
