石化企业改善环境保护的实践

Practice of Petrochemical Enterprises in Improvement of Environmental Protection

介绍了上海赛科石油化工有限责任公司设立的"无事故、无伤害、无环境损害"的健康、安全、治安、环保(HSSE)方针,通过建立和健全"不损害环境"的高标准,在生产过程中严格控制损害环境的风险,制定有效管理办法和管理手段,落实环境保护措施,在国内率先实施泄漏检测和修复技术,有效治理挥发性有机物,为践行绿色环保生产奠定了坚实的基础。

This paper introduced the practices of Shanghai Secco Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.（ the ＂Company ＂） in improvement of environmental protection. Under the HSSE（ health,safety,security and environmental protection） policy of ＂no accident,no harm,no environmental damage ＂,the Company established and perfected the high standard of ＂no harm to the environment＂,strictly control the risk of environment damage in production process,developed effective management practices and measures,implemented the environmental protection measures,took the lead in the implementation of leak detection and repair technology in China,and achieved effective management of volatile organic compounds,which laid a solid foundation for the implementation of green production.
