通窍活血汤加减治疗中老年突发性耳聋

Tongqiao Huoxue decoction in the treatment of elderly sudden deafness

目的探讨通窍活血汤加减为主治疗中老年突发性耳聋临床效果。方法选取114例中老年突发性耳聋患者为研究对象,分成2组。对照组57例予西医治疗,观察组57例辅助通窍活血汤加减治疗,观察治疗后临床疗效和相关指标变化情况。结果对照组痊愈率28.07%、总有效率77.19%,观察组痊愈率38.6%、总有效率91.23%,观察组显著高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后耳鸣、耳聋、眩晕症状评分较治疗前显著下降,治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后耳鸣、耳聋、眩晕评分较对照组治疗后改善更加显著,2组治疗后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后PT、APTT和纯音气导听阈较治疗前显著改善,治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但以上指标治疗后2组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通窍活血汤加减为主辨证治疗中老年突发性耳聋能明显改善症状,提高临床疗效。

Objective To investigate clinical effects of Tongqiao Huoxue decoction in the treatment of elderly sudden deafness.Methods 114 middle-aged patients with sudden deafness for the study,they were divided into two groups.57 cases in control group were treated with western medicine,while the 57 cases in the observation group were treated with of secondary Tongqiao Huoxue decoction treatment,observation after treatment in the clinical efficacy and related indicators changes.Results The efficacy of the control group,the cure rate of 28.07%,the total efficiency of 77.19%,observation group,the cure rate of 38.6%,the total efficiency of 91.23%,the cure rate and the total effective observation group were significantly higher,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）;the former two groups after treatment of tinnitus,deafness,dizziness symptom scores than before treatment decreased significantly after treatment was significantly different（P〈0.05）,the observation group after treatment of tinnitus,deafness,dizziness scores than the control group after treatment improved more significantly,the two groups difference after a significant（P〈0.05）;significantly improved front after treatment PT,APTT and pure tone air conduction threshold than before treatment,before and after treatment were significantly different（P〈0.05）,but the above indicators after treatment the difference was not significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Tongqiao Huoxue decoction syndrome mainly elderly sudden deafness significant clinical effect.
