益气养阴活血汤联合西药对冠心病心绞痛血清CRP、TNF-α及血脂血液流变学水平的影响

Influence of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue decoction combined with western medicine on coronary heart disease angina pectoris serum CRP,TNF-α,the level of blood lipid and blood rheology study level

目的探讨益气养阴活血汤联合西药对冠心病心绞痛血清CRP、TNF-α及血脂血液流变学水平的影响。方法 114例冠心病心绞痛患者根据随机数字表法随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合益气养阴活血汤治疗。2组疗程均为4周。对比分析2组血清CRP、TNF-α及血脂血液流变学水平,心绞痛发作次数和持续时间,心绞痛和心电图疗效及不良反应。结果 2组血清CRP、TNF-α水平治疗后下降(P<0.05),观察组血清CRP、TNF-α水平治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05);2组TG、TC、LDL-C水平治疗后下降(P<0.05),观察组TG、TC、LDL-C水平治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05);2组纤维蛋白原、血浆黏度、全血黏度水平治疗后下降(P<0.05),观察组纤维蛋白原、血浆黏度、全血黏度水平治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05);2组心绞痛发作次数治疗后减少(P<0.05),持续时间缩短(P<0.05),观察组心绞痛发作次数治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05),持续时间短于对照组(P<0.05);心绞痛和心电图总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气养阴活血汤联合西药可降低冠心病心绞痛血清CRP、TNF-α及血脂血液流变学水平。

Objective To investigate Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue decoction Combined with western medicine on coronary heart disease angina pectoris serum CRP,TNF-α,the level of blood lipid and blood rheology level effects.Methods 114 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were randomly divided into observation group（n=57） and control group（n=57） according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with western medicine treatment,the observation group in the control group based on the combined effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue decoction treatment.Two groups of treatment for 4 weeks.Comparative analysis of two groups of serum CRP,TNF-α,blood lipids,blood rheology,angina pectoris attack frequency and duration of angina pectoris and ECG efficacy and adverse reactions.Results the levels of serum CRP and TNF-α were decreased after treatment in the two groups（P〈0.05）;The serum levels of CRP and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）;Two groups of TG,TC,LDL-C levels after treatment decreased（P〈0.05）;TC,LDL-C and TG levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）;Two groups of fibrinogen,plasma viscosity and whole blood viscosity were decreased after treatment（P〈0.05）;The fibrinogen,plasma viscosity and whole blood viscosity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）;Two groups of patients with angina pectoris after treatment to reduce the number of treatment（P〈0.05）,the duration of the reduction（P〈0.05）;the observation group after the treatment of angina pectoris was lower than the control group（P〈0.05）,the duration was shorter than the control group（P〈0.05）;The total effective rate of angina pectoris and ECG was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The two groups had no serious side effects during the treatment.Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue decoction combined with western medicine can reduce coronary heart disease angina pectoris serum CRP,TNF-α,the level of blood lipid and blood rheology.
