摘要
目的观察降糖通脉片联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病患者球后动脉血流动力学及氧化应激指标的影响。方法选取2型糖尿病患者81例,按随机数字表法将纳入的患者分为观察组(n=40例)和对照组(n=41例)。对照组给予二甲双胍治疗,观察组给予降糖通脉片联合二甲双胍联合治疗。在治疗前后检测患者球后动脉血流动力学和氧化应激指标的变化情况以及治疗过程中的不良反应。结果 1)治疗后观察组视网膜中央动脉的收缩期最高血流速度(PSV)、舒张末期最低血流速度(EDV)和阻力指数(RI)指标分别为(8.86±0.11)cm/s、(2.62±0.10)cm/s、(0.95±0.06),均优于对照组(8.71±0.09)cm/s、(2.47±0.07)cm/s、(0.87±0.05),且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2)治疗后观察组睫状后动脉的PSV、EDV和RI分别为(18.81±0.61)cm/s、(4.89±0.08)cm/s、(0.99±0.07),均优于对照组(17.95±0.56)cm/s、(4.78±0.0.06)cm/s、(0.89±0.06),且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3)治疗后观察组氧化应激指标谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)分别为(27.81±0.93)μmol/L、(269.42±16.92)IU/mL,均优于对照组(26.58±0.81)μmol/L、(245.92±15.13)IU/mL,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4)治疗后观察组氧化应激指标活性氧类物质(ROS)、活性及丙二醛(MDA)分别为(594.62±15.43)IU/mL、(48.76±3.15)nmol/mL,均优于对照组(625.90±21.04)IU/mL、(55.49±4.92)nmol/mL,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。5)观察组治疗过程中总不良反应比例为17.50%,高于对照组12.20%,但两者相比,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论单独应用二甲双胍和降糖通脉片联合二甲双胍均可改善2型糖尿病患者球后动脉血流动力学指标,且能优化患者体内氧化应激指标,但联合用药效果更佳。
Objective To observe the influence of ball Hemodynamics and oxidative stress indicators of type 2 diabetes with Jiangtang Tongmai combined with metformin.Methods 81 patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into observation group(n=40) and control group(n=41).The control group was received by metformin,while whe observation group were treated with metformin tablets combined with Jiangtang Tongmai.Before and after treatment,the changes of arterial hemodynamics and oxidative stress indexes and the adverse reactions in the course of treatment were detected.Results 1)After treatment,the maximum systolic blood flow velocity in the observation group central retinal artery(PSV),end diastolic minimum velocity(EDV) and resistance index(RI) index were(8.86±0.11)cm/s,(2.62±0.10)cm/s,(0.95±0.06),all better than the control group(8.71±0.09)cm/s,(2.47±0.07)cm/s,(0.87±0.05),and the difference was significant(P〈0.05).2) After treatment observation group ciliary artery PSV,EDV and RI were(18.81±0.61)cm/s,(4.89±0.08)cm/s,(0.99±0.07),all better than the control group(17.95±0.56)cm/s,(4.78±0.0.06)cm/s,(0.89±0.06),and the difference was significant(P〈0.05).3)After treatment,the observation group oxidative stress glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX),superoxide dismutase(SOD) were(27.81±0.93)umol/L,(269.42±16.92)IU/mL,which are better than the control group(26.58±0.81)umol/L,(245.92±15.13)IU/mL,and the difference was significant(P〈0.05).4)Observation group oxidative stress reactive oxygen species(ROS)and malondialdehyde(MDA) were(594.62±15.43)IU/mL,(48.76±3.15)nmol/mL,all better than the control group(625.90±21.04)IU/mL,(55.49±4.92)nmol/mL,and the difference was significant(P〈0.05).5)The total adverse reaction rate in the observation group was 17.50%,witch was higher than that in the control group(12.20%).But the difference was not statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion metformin alone and Jiangtang Tongmai combined with metformin can improve type 2 diabetes ball Hemodynamics indexes,optimizing and oxidative stress parameters in patients,but the combination better.
