热固性碳纤维复合材料热隔膜预成型工程化应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 本文以商业化生产的热隔膜机和采用自动铺带技术铺贴的热固性复合材料平板叠层为研究对象,分别对复合材料种类、预成型温度、真空加压速率、成型工装热容、成型工装型面、平板叠层(厚度,贴成型工装面铺层角度,叠层边缘距R角处的长度等)等预成型相关参数和影响因素进行了研究,并将总结的规律成功应用于大尺寸工型梁的制造,为国内大型飞机复合材料主承力构件的自动铺带技术应用奠定了基础。 In this paper,the hot diaphragm machine in commercial production and the plate laminate of thermosetting composite manufactured by automated tape laying technology are setted as the research object, preforming related parameters and the influencing factors such as types of composite material, preforming temperature, increasing rate of vacuum, heat capacity of bonding tooling,working surface of bongding tooling,plate laminate(thickness, the angle of layer against the tooling surface, the length between the edge of the laminate and the R comer, etc. ) and so on were respectively studied, the rules were successfully applied to curing the "H"type beam with large size and laid the Solid foundati on for applying the automatic tape laying technology on the main bearing components of composite materials for the domestic large - scale aircraft.
