摘要
本文介绍了一种碳/玻混杂复合材料城轨列车头罩的材料设计、模型设计、模具制作和产品制备的研制过程,并对所开发的碳/玻混杂复合材料列车头罩与玻璃纤维复合材料列车头罩进行对比,结果表明:在满足列车头罩性能的情况下,使用碳/玻混杂结构的列车头罩减重达到15.3%。
In the present paper, material and structural design, mould and product manufacturing process for carbon/ glass hybrid fiber reinforced composite hood were introduced. Compared the carbon/glass hybrid fiber reinforced composite hood with glass fiber reinforced composite hood, the weight of the carbon/glass hybrid fiber reinforced composite hood decreased by 15.3%.
