摘要
目的调查分析临床护士科研能力及自我效能感的现状,分析两者间的相关性。方法采用方便抽样选择杭州市两所三级甲等综合性医院的临床护士783名,对其进行问卷调查。调查工具包括一般资料、一般自我效能感量表及护理人员科研能力自评量表。采用多元回归分析对收集数据进行统计处理。结果临床护士科研能力得分为(48.76±13.35)分,一般自我效能感得分为(24.82±6.21)分,科研能力与自我效能感之间呈正相关(r=0.278,P<0.01),自我效能感、最高学历、职称、职务进入临床护士科研能力的多元回归模型,共解释对科研能力总变异的35.8%(F=21.397,P<0.001)。结论临床护士的科研能力处于中等偏低水平,自我效能感处于中等偏高水平,增强护士的自我效能感可以提高其科研能力。
Objective To investigate the status of self-efficacy and research capacity of clinical nurses and analyze the correlation between self-efficacy and research capacity of clinical nurses. Methods Totally 783 clinical nurses were selected with convenience sampling from two tertiary hospitals in Hangzhou. The investigation instruments included Demographic Data Questionnaires, General Self-Efficacy Scale, and Nursing Staff Research Capacity of Self-Rating Scale. Results The average score of research capacity and self-efficacy among clinical nurses were (48.76±13.35) and (24.82±6.21). There was positive correlation between research capacity and self-efficacy (r= 0. 278 ,P〈0.01 ), gender, level of education, job title and position were the influencing factors of the research capacity ( R2 = 0. 358, F = 21. 397, P〈0. 001 ). Conclusion The self-efficacy of clinical nurses was in higher-middle level, the research capacity of clinical nurses was in lower-middle level, and a positive cor- relation was found between research capacity and self-efficacy among clinical nurses.
