轴承振动信号除噪的自适应均衡改进算法

摘要 为消除轴承振动信号的中强背景噪声,提出一种改进的混合自适应均衡算法。首先构建了收敛速度较快、稳定性较好的改进混合自适应均衡消噪模型,然后利用此消噪模型对含噪的轴承故障数据进行消噪处理。实验结果表明,该方法能够较好地消除轴承故障振动信号中的噪声。 To eliminate the strong background noise of vibration signals of bearings,an improved hybrid adaptive equalization algorithmwas proposed. Firstly,an improved hybrid adaptive equalization denoising model was constructed with fast convergence speed and good stability. Secondly,the model was used to denoise the noisy bearing fault data. Experimental results showthat the method can effectively eliminate the noise in the vibration signal of bearing fault.
