近年来国内外对职业延迟满足进行了一系列的研究,本文通过对现有文献进行归纳、整理,就职业延迟满足的概念、国内外护士职业延迟满足的研究进展、影响因素等进行介绍,旨在为进一步的研究提供参考.

Numerous studies on vocational delay of gratification （VDOG） have been conducted in China and overseas in recent years. This literature review aims to provide references for further research by reviewing the concept,research progress,and influencing factors of VDOG.
