摘要
为解决牙科扫描探头小型化问题,基于结构光三维重建算法,创新性地设计出一种投影与成像共孔径设置的小型化牙科三维扫描仪探头光学系统。系统采用分视场共孔径技术,部分视场用于实现投影功能,另一部分视场用于实现成像功能,投影区域和成像区域存在公共区域。仿真实验给出了在扫描范围为46×35mm2内的系统性能,借助LightTools软件做了照明分析仿真,证明了系统光路的可行性。
A new optical system based on the structured light method is proposed,which is commonly used for measuring3 Ddental morphology with superiority in high accuracy,wide range and fast speed.The system includes two subsystems for projection and imaging,and they are combined by a common aperture miniaturize the dental scanning probe.This system divides the whole field of view(FOV)of the optical system for these two systems separately.The aberrations of the optical system with a scanning area of 46 times 35square millimeters is analyzed and the system is simulated by Light Tools.
