儿童霍奇金淋巴瘤放射治疗的研究进展 被引量:1

Progress of radiotherapy for pediatric Hodgkin lymphoma

摘要 儿童霍奇金淋巴瘤(HL)是一种可治愈的疾病,现多采用放化疗综合治疗。放疗相关的心肺疾病、内分泌功能障碍及第二肿瘤对儿童HL的生命质量造成不良影响。如何在治愈儿童HL的基础上减少放疗相关的远期并发症是目前的研究热点。文章从放疗适应证、范围、剂量及物理技术方面对近年儿童HL放射治疗的实施进展进行综述。 Pediatric Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) is curable by using chemoradiotherapy mostly. However, radiotherapy-related toxicity, endocrine dysfunction as well as the secondary neoplasms have adverse effects on the life quality of pediatric HL patients. There is an increasing concern about the reduction of radiotherapy-related toxicity on the basis of the cure for HL in childhood. This paper reviews the progress of radiotherapy for pediatric HL, including indications, treatment volume, dose and physical techniques.
