摘要
目的探讨颅内血肿微创清除术联合亚低温治疗重症高血压脑出血的疗效。
方法收集80例重症高血压脑出血患者并随机分为两组,对照组患者给予颅内血肿微创清除术治疗,实验组患者在对照组治疗其基础上给予亚低温治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损、日常生活能力、近期治疗与远期临床效果。
结果实验组患者治疗后NIHSS评分(7.05±1.38)低于对照组(10.57±1.87),Bathel指数(84.52±10.20)高于对照组(70.09±9.76);远期预后良好率(62.5%)高于对照组(35.0%),差异有统计学意义(t=9.579,6.465;χ2=6.691,P〈0.01);近期总有效率(95.0%)明显高于对照组(77.5%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.165,P〈0.05)。
结论颅内血肿微创清除术联合亚低温治疗重症高血压脑出血的疗效显著,具有临床意义。
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma combined with mild hypothermia on severe hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
MethodsEighty patients with severe hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were treated by minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma. The patients in the experimental group were treated by hypothermia. The neurological deficits, daily living ability before and after treatment, short-term treatment and long-term clinical results were compared.
ResultsAfter treatment, the Bathel index(84.52±10.20) in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(70.09±9.76), and the NIHSS score (7.05±1.38) in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(10.57±1.87). The long-term good prognosis rate(62.5%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (35.0%), and the differences were significant(t=9.579, 6.465, χ2=6.691, P〈0.01). The total effective rate (95.0%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (77.5%), there was significant difference (χ2= 5.165, P〈0.05).
ConclusionsThe effect of minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma combined with mild hypothermia on severe hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is significant, and has clinical value.
