β-防御素及其与慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的关系的研究进展

Research progress of β-defensins and its relationship with chronic rhinosinusitis

β-防御素作为一类具有广谱抗微生物活性的小分子多肽，其在黏膜的免疫防御过程中发挥了重要作用，而鼻黏膜为其靶组织之一。目前研究发现这一机制与慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的发生、发展有着密切联系。因此我们设想通过研究慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者鼻黏膜β-防御素的表达及生物学特性，了解该疾病的发病机制，为临床治疗提供一个新思路。

β-defensins is a small molecular polypeptide with broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity and plays an important role in the process of mucosal immune defense, and nasal mucosa is one of its target tissues. The present researches show that the mechanism is closely related to the occurrence and development of chronic rhinosinusitis（CRS）. Therefore we try to understand the pathogenesis of CRS by studying expression and biological characteristics of β-defensins in patients＇ nasal mucosa, which can provide a new way of thinking for clinical treatment.
