摘要 本文主要研究了能量色散荧光光谱法测定聚氯乙烯塑料中有毒有害物质铅元素含量,分别研究了不同制样方法、不同基体对检测结果的影响。元素铅的定量分析结果表明,聚氯乙烯样品经冷冻研磨压片后,能得到比较稳定可靠的数据;不同基体的研究结果表明,由于材料的平均原子序数和结构的不同,采用相同基体和不同基体做标准曲线,得出的结果相差较大,相同基体测试时,能够得到比较满意的数据。 This paper mainly studied the hazardous substances of lead in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic material with Energy dispersive fluorescence spectrometry method, which discussing the influence in test results with different preparation methods and matrix. Quantitative analysis results of lead show that polyvinyl chloride sample can can get more stable and reliable data after freezing, grinding and performing process. The different matrix research results show that the results are different with different matrix and the same matrix test data is satisfied,which is duing to the different of average atomic number and structure of different materials.
