摘要
乳酸菌在食品工业、农业、畜牧业中具有重要作用,且与人类健康密切相关,因此一度成为领域内的研究热点。同时,随着高通量测序技术的发展,群体基因组学已发展成为微生物表型和基因型相关性研究的一个有力工具,并逐渐被应用于乳酸菌的研究中。本文结合国内外相关研究,对群体基因组学在乳酸菌分类和进化、环境适应性和生产特性相关研究中的应用现状进行综述。
Lactic acid bacteria(LAB) plays important roles in the food industry, agriculture, and animal husbandry,and it is closely related to human health, thereby becoming a hot topic in the field. At the same time, with the development of high-throughput sequencing technologies, population genomics has become a powerful tool for correlating microbial phenotype and genotype. This approach has gradually been applied to the research of LAB. This paper reviews the local and overseas researches relating to the application of population genomics in studying LAB, particularly in the aspects of bacterial classification and evolution, environmental adaptation, and production features.
