摘要
为研究玻璃表面亲疏水性对副溶血性弧菌生物被膜生长的影响,采用不同处理方法获得具有不同亲疏水性能的玻璃表面;采用置片法培养副溶血性弧菌生物被膜,用结晶紫染色法、扫描电镜法、超声波平板法观察并检测玻璃表面副溶血性弧菌生物被膜的生长情况。结果表明,玻璃表面的亲水性越强,副溶血性弧菌生物被膜在其表面生长的速度越快。对于石蜡处理的具有疏水性能的玻璃,副溶血性弧菌生物被膜在其表面生长很慢。增加容器表面的疏水性能,有利于抑制副溶血性弧菌生物被膜的形成。
To investigate the effects of hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties of glass surface on Vibrio parahaemolyticus biofilm growth, the glass surface with different hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties were prepared by different processing methods. The Vibrio parahaemolyticus biofilms were cultured by slice method, and the growth situation of the biofilms were observed by crystal violet staining method, scanning electron microscope method and ultrasonic-plate method. The results show that the Vibrio parahaemolyticus biofilm grow faster on the hydrophilic glass surface, however,it grow very slow on the hydrophobic glass immersed with paraffin. High hydrophobic properties of the vessel surface contribute to inhibit the formation of Vibrio parahaemolyticus bioflims.
