Effects of motivational interviewing on executive ability in head nurses

摘要 目的 探讨动机性访谈对护士长执行力的影响.方法 将84名护士长随机分为干预组和对照组,各42人,干预组给予动机性访谈式干预,对照组给予常规护理管理培训,培训后比较两组护士长执行力所处阶段、护士长执行力现状得分、护理质量检查得分.结果 干预后两组护士长执行力现状得分比较差异均有统计学差异(t=-2.040,P〈0.05);干预组护理质量检查得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=-4.327,P〈0.01).结论 动机性访谈在提高护士长执行力方面具有明显的促进作用. Objective To explore the effects of motivational interviewing on executive ability in head nurses.Methods A total of 84 head nurses were randomly divided into intervention group (n=42, motivational interviewing) and control group (n=42, routine training of nursing management). The stage and the score of situation on executive ability of head nurses, the score on the inspection of nursing quality were compared between two groups after training.Results There was statistically significant difference in the stage the score of situation on executive ability of head nurses between two groups after intervention(t=-2.040,P〈0.05). The score on the inspection of nursing quality in intervention group was significantly higher than that in control group (t=-4.327,P〈0.01).Conclusions Motivational interviewing can significamtly improve the executive ability of head nurses.
