老年糖尿病患者资源利用与口腔保健的相关性研究

Correlation between resource utilization and oral health of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus

目的 了解老年糖尿病患者资源利用和口腔保健现状,分析老年糖尿病患者资源利用与口腔保健的相关性.方法 利用慢性病资源问卷、中文版老年人口腔健康生活质量评价指数问卷对嘉兴市659例老年糖尿病患者进行问卷调查.结果 老年糖尿病患者的资源利用总得分为（71.69±15.86）分,口腔健康生活质量评价指数为（47.12±9.05）分;资源利用及其各维度与口腔保健及其各维度呈正相关（P〈0.05）.结论 老年糖尿病患者资源利用水平越高,其口腔保健水平越高.

Objective To explore the status of resource utilization and oral health of elderly with diabetes mellitus, and to analyze the correlation between the two.Methods Totals of 659 elderly with diabetes mellitus were surveyed by the chronic illness resources survey （CIRS） and the geriatric oral health assessment index （GOHAI）.Results Total scores of resource utilization of the elderly with diabetes mellitus were （71.69±15.86） points, and quality evaluation scores of oral health were （47.12±9.05）. Dimensions in resource utilization were positively correlated with dimensions in oral health （P〈0.05）.Conclusions For the elderly patients with diabetes mellitus, the higher the resource utilization is, the better oral health is.
