延续性护理在骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折患者中的应用

Application of the continuity care in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures

目的 探讨延续性护理在骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折患者中的应用效果.方法 采用便利抽样的方法选取2015年11月—2016年10月在脊柱外科因骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折收住院的100例患者,根据住院时间先后分为对照组和观察组,各50例.对照组按脊柱外科护理常规进行护理,观察组实施延续性护理.比较两组患者出院3个月后功能锻炼情况、服药情况、术后并发症发生情况、3个月内再住院率和满意度情况.结果 观察组功能锻炼准确率为90%,服药准确率为94%,满意率为98%,3个月内再住院率为4%,对照组分别为70%、74%、82%、18%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义（x2/Z值分别为6.25、7.44、3.25、5.01;P〈0.05）.结论 为骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折患者提供准确有效的出院后延续性护理服务,提高了患者功能锻炼的准确率、正确服药率及满意度,降低了患者出院后3个月内再住院率.

Objective To explore the application of the continuity care in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Methods A total of 100 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures who were chosen by the convenient sampling method were enrolled from November 2015 to October 2016. A total of 50 patients in the control group were treated with spinal surgery,and 50 patients in the experimental group were enrolled with continuity care,compared the two groups after discharge functional exercise,medication,postoperative complications,re-hospitalization within three months and satisfaction. Results In the experimental group,the accuracy rate of function exercise was 90% in the patients,70% in the control group;the correct rate of medication administrating was 94% in the experimental group and 74% in the control group;the satisfaction rate was 98% in experimental group and 82% in the control group;the re-hospitalization rate was 4% in the experimental group and 18% in the control group in the control group （χ^2/Z=6.25,7.44,3.25,5.01;P〈0.05）.Conclusions Continuing care for patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures can provide accurate and effective post-discharge continuity care services to improve the accuracy of patients with functional exercise,the correct rate of medication administrating and patient′s satisfaction,and reduce the patient discharged within three months after the hospitalization rate.
