摘要
目的探讨芍药甘草附子汤不同配伍对苯甲酰新乌头原碱、苯甲酰乌头原碱、苯甲酰次乌头原碱3种成分含量变化的影响。方法采用HPLC法对不同配伍样品煎液中的3种苯甲酰乌头碱进行含量测定,并分析比较不同煎煮时间不同配伍对其含量变化的影响。色谱条件:BDS Hydedsil C_(18)(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈∶四氢呋喃(25∶15)-0.1 mol·L^(-1)醋酸铵溶液梯度洗脱,检测波长235 nm,柱温35℃,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1)。结果芍药甘草附子汤中各配伍与单味附子相比,苯甲酰新乌头原碱、苯甲酰乌头原碱、苯甲酰次乌头原碱的含量均升高。结论附子与甘草、白芍配伍后能有效地起到减毒增效的作用,体现了中医药配伍用药的合理性和科学性。
Objective To determine the effect of different compatibilites on the content of 3 components(benzoyl mesaconitine, benzoyl aconitine and benzoyl hypacoitine) in peony and licorice aconite decoction. Methods Three kinds of benzoyl aconitine in decoction of different compatibility samples were tested by HPLC. And the effect of different compatibility of different decocting time on its content was analyzed. The determination was performed on BDS Hydedsil C(18) chromatographic column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-THF(25 ∶ 15)-0.1 mol·min^(-1) ammonium acetate solution for gradient elute at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^(-1). The detection wavelength was 235 nm and the column temperature was 35 ℃. Results The content of benzoyl mesaconitine, benzoyl aconitine and benzoyl hypacoitine was higher than that of aconitum alone. The content of benzoyl mesaconitine, benzoyl aconitine and benzoyl hypacoitine was higher when used in compability with others than used alone in the decoction. Conclusion Compatibility of aconite and licorice and white peony can effectively attenuate the synergistic effect, which reflects the rationality and scientific of compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine.
