陕产茜草种子质量分级标准研究

Quality grading standard of Rubia cordifolia L. seeds

目的研究陕产茜草种子的质量分级标准。方法对20个不同居群的陕产茜草种子的品质进行各项检测,并将各项数据进行逐级聚类分析作为分级依据的参考。结果以陕产茜草种子净度、千粒重、含水量、饱满度、发芽率和种子活力为指标,初步确定了陕产茜草种子的三级质量标准。其中,发芽率、种子活力和千粒重作为主要分级依据,净度、含水量、饱满度作为次要分级依据。结论本研究制定的陕产茜草种子三级质量标准符合实际情况,为陕产茜草种子的质量评价和人工栽培提供了参考和指导。

Objective To establish the quality grading standard for Rubia cordifolia L. seeds. Methods The seed quality of 20 different populations was measured, and these indexes were analyzed by K-Means cluster. Results Three tier quality standards were initially determined with indexes of germination percentage, seed vigor and thousand-grain as the main classification basis. The seed purity, water content and seed plumpness were the secondary classification basis. Conclusion Our research provides information for the quality evaluation of Rubia cordifolia L. seeds.
