丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液临床应用分析及合理性探讨

Rationality of clinical use of alanyl-glutamine injection

目的讨论本院丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液使用的合理性,为其在临床上的安全和合理应用提供参考。方法通过随机抽取本院2016年第2季度使用丙氨酰谷氨酰胺的出院病例200份,对用药争议问题进行调查总结。并通过检索国内外文献,探讨了丙氨酰谷氨酰胺适应证、溶媒问题、输注方式、可否单独应用等问题。结果根据文献分析,初步拟定合理性评价标准,临床应用病例中33.5%存在不合理用药。结论丙氨酰谷氨酰胺的使用管理需进一步加强,应为其制定使用标准,促进临床合理使用。

Objective To investigate whether the use of alanyl-glutamine in our hospital and provide reference for clinical rational use of the drug. Methods A total of 200 medical records of alanyl-glutamine use from April to Jurte 2016 were reviewed, in which the unreasonable usage was collected and analyzed. By searching the literatures, we explored the indications, dissolvant, injection mode, and separate application of alanyl-glutamine, etc. Results A draft of reasonable evaluation standard was established, inadequate use of alanyl-glutamine was observed in 67 case reports （33.5%）. Conclusion Monitoring of alanyl-glutamine use should be further strengthened. Proper standards should be developed to promote the rational clinical use.
