摘要
利用控温水浴锅,探索了不同温度热处理EH690海洋平台用钢的原始奥氏体晶界的显示方法。结果表明:采用150mL过饱和苦味酸水溶液+3~5g洗发膏+1~5滴盐酸配制的侵蚀液,水浴加热至46℃进行化学侵蚀,能够清晰地显示出EH690海洋平台用钢的原始奥氏体晶界。
Using a thermostat water bath,the methods to display the original austenite grain boundaries of EH690 steel for offshore platforms after different temperature heat-treatment process were systematically studied.The results show that:the method that the specimens were etched by the etchant of 150 mL supersaturated solution of picric acid+3-5g shampoo+1-5drops of hydrochloric acid in water bath cauldron at 46 ℃ could clearly display the original austenite grain boundaries of EH690 steel for offshore platforms.
