翼缘板加强型梁与节点域箱形加强型柱弱轴连接滞回性能研究

摘要 采用有限元软件ABAQUS对节点域箱形弱轴连接普通节点和翼缘板式加强型节点进行有限元分析,研究了翼缘过渡板的长度、翼缘过渡板的厚度、轴压比、钢材强度对节点域箱形弱轴连接翼缘板加强型节点滞回性能的影响。分析结果表明:在循环荷载作用下,翼缘板厚度对节点的滞回性能影响较小,建议翼缘过渡板tf的厚度取值范围为1.2t≤tf≤1.6t(t为梁翼缘厚度);翼缘板长度对节点的滞回曲线影响较明显,建议翼缘加强板长度l_p的取值范围为0.6h_b≤l_p≤0.8h_b(h_b为梁的高度);轴压比不宜过大,建议取0.6以下,否则无法满足"强柱弱梁"的抗震设防要求;随着钢材强度的提高,节点的屈服承载能力和极限承载能力随之也提高,但其延性也在降低,Q390以上的中高强度钢材不满足延性大于3的要求,因此中高强度钢材的应用有待进一步的研究。 The box-strengthening panel zone connections with reinforced flange-plate for weak axis were analyzed by ABAQUS.The influence of several main factors on the hysteretic behavior of the new connections were evaluated by using ABAQUS,such as the length and thickness of the reinforced flange plate,the axial compression ratio and steel strength.The results showed that the flange plate thickness had little impact on the hysteretic properties of the connections under cyclic load,and suggested that reinforced flange plate thickness values range:1.2t≤tf≤1.6t(t for the flange thickness);flange plate length had an obvious effect on the hysteresis curve of the connections,the scope of the flange plate length:0.6hb≤lp≤ 0.8hb(hbfor beam height);the axial compression ratio should not be too large,it was suggested that the ratio should be less than 0.6,otherwise it would unable to meet the requirements of "strong column and weak beam" for seismic resistance.With the increase of steel strength,the yield bearing capacity and ultimate bearing capacity of connections were improved,then the ductility decreased.The strength steel Q390 above didn't meet the requirements that ductility factor must be greater than 3,so the application of strength grade steel needed further research.
