福建鸿山热电厂二期圆煤场网壳结构设计

摘要 圆形煤场的设计要满足结构布置和构造措施要求。结合鸿山热电厂二期圆煤场网壳设计,介绍了风洞试验的模型和试验结果,进行了结构动力分析,并针对不同堆煤状态对上部结构进行了计算分析。结果表明:近海地区,风荷载仍然是上部结构的主控荷载。应考虑周边环境对煤棚的影响,进行风洞试验。堆煤状态计算不可忽略,必须建立整体模型分析不同堆煤状态对上部结构的影响,设计取各工况下的包络值。支座的理论假定应符合实际受力情况,并结合下部结构的受力特性综合确定,建议采用单项滑动支座,并限制最大滑移。 There are many requirements for circular coal yard layout and specific construction measures.According to the design of Hongshan Thermal Power Plant Phase II circular space frame structure of coal yard,the wind tunnel test model and test results were introduced,the dynamic analysis of the structure was carried out,and the upper structure was calculated and analyzed for different coal piling conditions.The results showed that wind load was still the main control load of superstructure in offshore area.the influence of the surrounding environment for coal yard should be taken into account in wind tunnel test.The calculation of the pressure from the coal piling was very important.It was necessary to establish an overall model to analyze the impact of different coal loads on the superstructure,and to design the envelope value under different conditions.The theoretical assumption of the support should be consistent with the actual bearing situation.Combined with the lower structure of the bearing characteristics and comprehensively many other condition,it was recommended to use single sliding bearings,and limit the maximum slip.
