摘要
某高层建筑采用核心筒-外框筒体系,核心筒由包含钢板剪力墙的混凝土剪力墙构成,外框筒由巨柱、重力柱、大斜撑、转换桁架构成。鉴于外框筒的巨柱施工到一定阶段,单根巨柱在高空中分叉为两根,开发了一种用于外框巨柱施工的可拼装钢连桥,以方便施工人员在分叉巨柱焊接过程中进行操作。通过合理的构造设计,钢连桥能够实现快速拼装和增加桥体长度。用有限元软件计算校核钢连桥的应力和变形,以满足强度和刚度要求。
The structural system of a high-rise building is inner concrete shear wall with outer steel frame tube.The inner tube is reinforced concrete core with steel plate.The outer tube consists of mega multi-cell steel column cast with concrete,gravity column,giant brace and transfer truss.During the construction for the mega column,it needed to fabricate a steel bridge that could be assembled rapidly in order to facilitate the workers welding between bifurcated columns.Through reasonable design and calculation,the steel bridge be developed which could be assembled rapidly and increased the length.The stress and deformation of the steel bridge were calculated and checked by FEM,which met the strength and stiffness requirements.
