摘要
改造前宝钢中间包烘烤使用传统直燃式烘烤器,烘烤器对空燃气都不预热,能耗大、包盖冒火严重、烧嘴寿命低。双蓄热式中间包烘烤器采用高温空气燃烧技术,结合新一代的自动控制系统、换向阀、高速烧嘴和智能运维等技术,通过蓄热体对烟气热量回收利用,并对空燃气进行充分预热,使烘烤煤气消耗量减少25%以上。目前中间包蓄热式烘烤技术应用于现场,较之传统直燃式烘烤器,获得了更好的节能效果,并且提高了烘烤温度。
Conventional tundish preheater of direct combustion was applied in steelmaking plant before revamping,on-preheating of air and fuel gas in heating device lead to high energy consumption,badly fire spilled over tundish cover and lower life of nozzle.High temperature air combustion was applied in double-regenerative tundish heating device.Combined with new generation automatic control system,reversing valve,high-speed nozzle and intelligent operation and maintenance technology,fuel gas consumption decrease more than 25% by means of recycling combustion gas heat and preheating air and fuel gas in regenerator.Compared with conventional direct combustion preheater,better energy conservation effect and higher preheating temperature were achieved by tundish regenerative preheating technology in steelmaking plant.
