摘要
针对碳纤维编织复合材料技术在羽毛球拍产品制造应用中存在重经验轻理论现象,开展了参数化建模方面的探讨和研究。建构了羽毛球拍的参数化模型,完成了不同编制形式各类分析的结构定义和设计。结果表明,通过对羽毛球拍杆弹性数据的预先判别间接证实了区域叠合法的效力;将上述设计和分析方法联合可编程软件,直观、形象的表现整个有限元分析和参数设计过程。
Carbon fiber braided composites have excellent properties in modulus and strength, which make them play a big role in the manufacture of badminton racket products. In view of the fact that the technology has many experiences and light theoretical phenomena, it is necessary to carry out parametric modeling research. In this paper, a parametric model of badminton racket is constructed, and the structure definition and design of various forms of analysis are completed. The results show that the racket elastic data predetermine indirectly confirmed the effect of overlapped legitimate; the design and analysis method combined with the programmable software visual performance of the finite element analysis and parameter design process.
