低温省煤器节能理论及计算分析

摘要 文中采用依据某200 MW机组为例计算低温省煤器节煤量和对汽轮机真空的影响,低温省煤器用于加热凝结水时,应采用等效热降法进行热经济性分析,计算结果为某200 MW机组低温省煤器节省煤耗3.05 g/k W·h,对汽轮机真空的影响可忽略不计,低温省煤器在充分利用烟气余热的同时,又使烟温达到最佳脱硫运行状态,大大减少脱硫塔为降低烟温的冷却水耗。 In this paper on the basis of 200 MW unit as an example calculation of low temperature economizer section coal and the influence on steam turbine vacuum,low temperature economizer is used to heat the condensate,the equivalent heat drop method should be adopted for the heat economy analysis,the calculation results of 200 MW low temperature economizer save coal consumption of 3.05 g/k Wh,the steam turbine vacuum can be ignored,the influence of low temperature economizer in at the same time,make full use of flue gas waste heat and smoke temperature to achieve the best desulfurization running state,greatly reduce smoke desulfurization tower to reduce the temperature of the cooling water consumption.
