Mini-plate internal fixation in the treatment of metacarpus and phalanx fractures

目的 探讨微型钢板内固定治疗掌、指骨骨折的方法 及疗效.方法2014年2月-2016年4月,采用微型钢板内固定治疗掌、指骨骨折46例58处.术后即行早期功能康复锻炼.结果 术后随访3-12个月,所有骨折均骨性愈合,根据FAFS评分标准,优32例,良9例,差5例,优良率89%.结论 微型钢板内固定治疗掌、指骨骨折,固定牢固,有利于早期功能康复锻炼,可获得较好的手部功能恢复.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic method and clinical effect of metacarpal and phalanx fractures treated by mini-plate internal fixation. Methods From February 2014 to April 2016, 46 patients with 58 metacarpus and phalanx fractures were treated with mini-plate internal fixation. And early functional rehabilitation exercise were taken in time after operation. Results All cases were followed up for 3~12 months, and fractures got bone healing. According to the FAFS evaluation criteria, the results were excellent in 32 patients, good in 9 patients, and fair in 5 patients. The excellent and good rate was 89%. Conclusion Internal fixation with mini-plate for metacarpal and phalanx fractures is reliable, which is in favor of early functional rehabilitation exercise, and can get good hand function recovery.
