摘要
本文研究了苯锈啶在苹果上的残留量,建立了使用高效液相色谱-三重四级杆质谱仪检测的方法。样品经乙腈提取,二氯甲烷+甲醇过氨基柱净化,高效液相色谱-三重四级杆质谱仪检测。该方法操作简单、快速、灵敏度高。
This paper studied and established a HPLC - MS/MS method to determine fenpropidin residue in apple. The samples were extracted by acetonitrile, purified by the mixture of methylene chloride and methanol though amino column, and determined by HPLC - MS/MS. The method is simple, rapid and highly sensitive.
