摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈和水为流动相,使用Waters Symmetry 5μm C_(18)250×4.6mm色谱柱和紫外检测器,在305nm波长下对乙唑螨腈原药进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,该分析方法的线性相关系数为0.999 9,标准偏差为0.14,变异系数为0.14%,平均回收率为99.9%。
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of SYP -9625 TC by HPLC, with acetonitrile and water as mobile phase, Waters Symmetry 5μm C18 250 × 4. 6 mm and UVD at 305nm wavelength was described. The result showed the linear correlation coefficient of 0. 999 9, the standard deviation of 0. 14, the variation coefficient of 0. 14% and the average recovery of 99. 9% were obtained.
