摘要
本文采用气相色谱-质谱法,对敌草快中的三种杂质-二溴乙烷、2,2-二联吡啶和三联吡啶进行定性定量检测。结果表明,二溴乙烷、2,2-二联吡啶、三联吡啶线性相关系数分别是0.999 5、0.999 1、0.999 2;标准偏差分别为0.11、1.81、0.033 4;变异系数分别为:1.65%、1.04%、5.16%;平均回收率分别是101.4%、99.2%、99.7%。二溴乙烷的检出限为0.001mg/kg、2,2-二联吡啶检出限均为0.005mg/kg、三联吡啶的检出限为0.05mg/kg。
A method of qualitative and quantitative analysis of three impurities in diquat by GC - MS was established. The result showed that the linear correlations of 0. 999 5, 0. 999 1 and 0. 999 2, the standard deviations of 0. 11, 1.81 and 0. 033 4, the variation coefficient of 1.65%, 1.04% and 5.16% and the average spiked recoveries of 101.4% , 99. 2% and 99.7% were obtained, and that the limit of detections were 0. 001mg,/kg, 0. 005mg/kg and 0. 05mg/kg for dibromoethane, 2, 2＇ - bipydidine and terpyridine, respectively.
