摘要
介绍了一种射线管道爬行器遥控编码方案,通过电磁传感器透过钢管壁进行移幅键控(ASK)编码传输,该方法取代了依靠操作人员熟练操作的指令发送方法,可以通过按钮对管道内部爬行器发出前进、回退、曝光、休息、调整曝光时间等操作命令,使设备使用起来更方便。
The paper introduces a radiographic pipe crawler remote control coding scheme,which is to issue the amplitude shift keying (ASK)transmission command by using an electromagnetic sensor through the pipe wall, thus replacing the instruction sending method depending on the operator proficiency.The system can control the internal pipeline crawler just through pushing a button to issue action commands,such as forward,back,rest, exposure time,and adjusting exposure etc.,making the operation of the equipment very convenient.
