若在办公室里见到肖斌，那纯属“偶遇”，8．7平方公里的片区里遇见那才是常态。尤其是今年，济南市将“拆违拆临”列为五项重点工作之一以来，肖斌更是一心扑在片区里，每天十几个小时工作在“拆违拆临”第一线。
