摘要
研究了特殊螺纹元件对聚乙烯熔融接枝马来酸酐的影响。通过对拉伸力场和剪切力场下,聚乙烯接枝率以及副反应程度研究,得到最佳的聚乙烯熔融接枝反应工艺,并制备出接枝效率高,晶点更少的接枝物,应用于多层共挤吹膜领域。
The effect of special threaded element on the grafting of maleic anhydride onto polyethylene is researched in the paper.Based on the grafting rate and adverse reaction degree of polyethylene under the tensile and shear force field,the best grafting process of polyethyleneis obtained.The graft copolymer with high grafting efficiency and less crystal point is prepared and applied to multilayer co-extrusion film blowing.
