在"一带一路"倡议的引领下,我国充分依托和有关国家的双边和多边合作机制,积极发展与带路沿线国家的经济合作关系。高速铁路作为交通运输领域科学技术高度集成的一体化系统,在满足人们出行需求的同时,也在推动着全球区域经济发展。"一带一路"倡议的提出,对于包括高速铁路相关产业在内的基础设施互联互通和产业链全球布局具有重要意义。本文在回顾和总结中国高铁发展历程的基础上,分析在"一带一路"倡议背景下,中国高速铁路新的发展机遇。从国际化经营、高铁产能释放、工程技术柔性提升、全球产业融合等方面,研究"一带一路"对中国高铁发展的影响。

Based on bilateral and multilateral cooperation mechanism among related countries, China has fully immersed itself to promote economic cooperation relations with the Belt and Road countries. As a highly integrated transportation system, high speed railway not only meets people＇ s travel demands, but also stimulates the development of global regional economy. The Belt and Road Initiative has great significance on infrastructure connectivity and the distribution of global industry value chain including high speed railway relevant industries. Reviewing and summarizing the development of China high speed railway, the paper analyses the new opportunities faced with China high speed railway in the context of the Belt and Road Initiative. We focus on the influence of the Belt and Road Initiative on China high speed railway in the aspects of international operations, capacity release of high speed railway, engineering flexibility, global industry convergence, etc.
