On the Industrial Layout Choice of China's Large State-owned Civil Aviation Transportation Corporation

本文通过梳理国有大型航空集团(E航集团)的资产结构和经营情况,剖析了国有大型航空集团产业布局现状和存在的问题。通过美国、欧洲、东亚和中东全球领先航空集团发展模式对比分析,结合我国航空运输业所处的市场环境,提出我国国有大型航空运输集团产业布局的选择方案,即采取适度多元的发展模式的政策建议。

This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the state-owned large-scale aviation group＇s industrial distribution by analyzing the asset structure and operation of the state-owned large-scale aviation group （ E Group）. Through the comparative analysis of the development model of the world＇s leading aviation groups in the United States, Europe, East Asia and the Middle East, and combined with the market environment of Cbina＇s air transport industry, this paper puts forward the development policy of the state-owned large-scale air transport group, that is, the moderately diversified development mode.
