航空运输业发展对我国经济新引擎作用研究——基于投入产出分析

针对当前国内外对于机场及空港所谓经济引擎和新动力源的提法,以国民经济投入产出表为分析对象,探究了以机场为平台的航空运输业,对国民经济相关产业的前向推动和后向拉动作用,和航空运输有效需求诱发的引致效应,以及航空运输业与外贸、旅游等产业互动引发的催化效应,并且综合测算出航空运输业对国民经济整体的投入产出比。通过以上分析,验证了关于空港城作为区域经济引擎和机场作为国家发展新动力源相关提法的合理性。最后,根据分析结论,针对发挥机场平台下航空运输业作为国家发展新动力源的作用,提出了系列保障措施。

According to the current domestic and foreign to the airport and so-called economic engine and formulation of the new power supply, with the input-output table of the national economy industry, this article explores the forward push pull function and backward impact of air transportation platform based on airport on national economy related industries, the induced effect of the air transport induced by effective demand, the catalytic effect of the interaction between airport, foreign trade, tourism and other industries, and measure the whole input-ouput ratio of air transportation industry comprehensively. Through the above analysis, verified the rationality of airport city as a regional economic engine and airport as a national development new power. Finally, according to the analysis conclusion, in the light of air transportation industry as the national role to the development of new sources of power based on the aimort nlatform, the series of security measures are put forward.
