摘要
文章综述了肠道微生物对宿主膳食蛋白代谢的影响,并分析了在高蛋白饮食时,肠道微生物在蛋白质发酵、氨基酸发酵过程中,所产生的物质对宿主健康的影响,旨在研究膳食蛋白与肠道宿主健康之间的关系以及肠道菌群氨基酸与宿主健康的关系,从而能更好地规划饮食。
The effects of intestinal microbes on the metabolism of host dietary protein were reviewed, and the effeets of intestinal microbes on protein health during protein fermentation and amino acid fer- mentation were analyzed. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of intestinal protein and the relationship between the health of the intestinal host and the amino acid of the intestinal flora and the health of the host, so as to better plan the diet.
