发酵豆粕利用微生物发酵过程去除豆粕中的抗营养因子,提高豆粕的饲用价值,是具有极大需求潜力的大宗饲料原料,对于缓解我国优质蛋白饲料资源短缺具有重要作用和意义。调研总结我国发酵豆粕消费变化过程、消费区域、消费主体、应用对象及使用阶段等需求特征,阐述了发酵豆粕行业的发展历程、盈利模式、市场集中度等供给特点,并对发酵豆粕的市场前景做出展望。
Fermented soybean meal is a feed material with extremely huge demand potential, whose an- ti-nutritional factors are removed in the process of microbial fermentation to improve the feeding value of soybean meal and which plays an important role in lightening the shortage of high-quallty protein feed resource in China.
