摘要
目的建立工作场所空气中钨和钴的电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)测定方法。方法工作场所空气中气溶胶态的钨和钴经微孔滤膜采集,硝酸消化预处理后,采用ICP—OES仪检测。结果该方法测定钨的线性范围为0.01~1000μg/m],r=0.9999,方法检出限和定量下限分别为0.0067μg/m]和0.022μg/ml;方法加标回收率为98%~101%;批内精密度为1.1%~3.0%,批间精密度为2.1%~3.8%。测定钴的线性范围为0.01—100μg/ml,r=0.9999,方法检出限和定量下限分别为0.012μg/ml和0.044μg/ml;方法加标回收率为95%~97%,批内精密度为1.1%~2.4%,批间精密度为1.1%~2.9%。结论该方法各项技术指标符合《职业卫生标准制定指南第4部分:工作场所空气中化学物质测定方法》的要求,满足工作场所空气中钨和钴的测定。
Objective To establish the inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) method for determination of cobalt and tungsten in the air of workplace. Methods The cobah and tungsten were collected by filter membrane and then digested by nitric acid, inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) was used for the detection of cobalt and tungsten. Results The linearity of tungsten was good at the range of 0.01-1 000 μg/ml with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 9, the LOD and LOQ were 0.006 7 μg/ml and 0.022 μg/ml, respectively. The recovery was ranged from 98%-101% , the RSD of intra-and inter-batch precision were 1.1%-3.0% and 2.1%-3.8%, respectively. The linearity of cobalt was good at the range of 0.01-100 μg/ml with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 9, the LOD and LOQ were 0.001 2 μg/ml and 0.044μg/ml, respectively. The recovery was ranged from 95%-97%, the RSD of intra-and inter-batch precision were 1.1%-2.4% and 1.1%-2.9%, respectively. The sampling efficiency of tungsten and cobalt were higher than 94%. Conclusion The linear range, sensitivity and precision of the method was suitable for the detection of tungsten and cobalt in the air of workplace.
