眼晶状体剂量测量与评估的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 眼晶状体对电离辐射有较高的敏感性,辐射暴露可引起眼晶状体损伤,造成眼晶状体混浊及白内障并最终导致眼晶状体功能丧失。在我国职业性放射性疾病确诊病例分布中,放射性白内障长期以来高居第2位,占23.4%。目前我国现行有效的GB18871-2002《电离辐射防护与辐射源安全基本标准》中关于眼晶状体的年当量剂量限值为150mSv。
