本文以智能建筑行业为切入点,着重阐述了智能化建筑行业未来的发展方向。笔者认为,智能建筑作为智慧城市建设的一个组成部分,必将随着智慧城市的发展而不断发展,达到一个新的层面。在当前建筑业的大环境下,智能建筑企业传统的发展模式、盈利模式难以为继,固守施工领域的企业处境将越来越被动。PPP模式的兴起,助推了智慧城市建设的快速发展。伴随着互联网、物联网、云存储、大数据、BIM、系统集成等技术的应用,技术壁垒的打破,智能建筑企业应抓住发展机遇,提升内部管理水平,提早进入新兴市场,发展壮大。

The author starts with intelligent building industry, focuses on the development of intelligent building industry＇s future direction. Author believes that as a component of the smart city, intelligent building can reach a new level with development and continuous development of smarter cities. In the current environment of the construction industry, the traditional development model and profitable model of intelligent building industry are unsustainable, the enterprises in the field of the construction will become more and more passive, PPP model will boost the development of intelligent city. With the application of internet, Internet of Technology, cloud storage, big data, BIM, systems integration and technical barrier breaking, intelligent building enterprises should seize the opportunity for development, enhance the level of the internal management, early access to emerging markets, realize the development and growth.
