广东省中医类医疗机构现状研究

Research on Status Quo of Traditional Chinese Medicine Institutions in Guangdong Province

目的通过对2009年至2015年广东省中医类医疗机构7年的基本情况、总诊疗人次数、门急诊人次、病床使用率、出院者平均住院日、出院人数六项指标进行综合分析,反映几年来广东省中医类医疗机构服务量水平,提出合理建议,为广东省中医药事业政策的制定提供科学依据。方法参考《广东省中医统计信息汇编》,统计分析数据。结果 2011年至2015年广东省中医医疗机构床位数连年增加,总诊疗服务量逐年上升,门急诊服务量增长相对稳定,其中村卫生室发展迅速,服务量猛增。病床使用率波动不大,各地区间差异较大,总的来说中医综合医院上升,中医专科、内骨伤科、中西医结合医院下降;平均住院日缩短,出院人数增加。结论 2009年至2015年广东省中医类医疗机构服务量得到了显著提高,人们对中医药服务的需求量越来越大;基层中医药发展缓慢,应着力提高基层中医医疗机构服务能力。

Objective To analyze the comprehensive condition of traditional Chinese medicine institutions in Guangdong province from 2009 to 2015 from six indicators, including total visits, outpatients and emergency visits, bed utilization rate, average length of stay, number of discharged patients, to reflect the service volume of traditional Chinese medicine institutions in Guangzhou province, and to propose reasonable suggestions and provide scientific reference for policy making of Guangdong traditional Chinese medicine. Method Data from Statistics Collection of Guangdong Traditional Chinese Medicine was referred and analyzed. Results From 2011 to 2015, beds and total visits of traditional Chinese medicine institutions in Guangdong increased year by year, and outpatient and emergency visits showed a steady increase. Village clinics developed rapidly and had a surge in service volume. Bed utilization rate had small fluctuation over the years, but it differed greatly among the districts. It increased in comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine hospitals, but decreased in specialties of traditional Chinese medicine, departments of orthopedics and hospitals of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Average length of stay shortened, and number of discharged patients rose. Conclusion From 2009 to 2015, the service volume of traditional Chinese medicine institutions significantly improved, and people was having larger demand for traditional Chinese medicine. However, grassroots traditional Chinese medicine was developing slowly, so efforts should be made to enhance the service capacity of grassroots traditional Chinese medicine institutions.
