医师执业行为记分法在医院医师管理中的作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的建立12分制记分考核的管理办法,促使医师积极执行医院各项规章制度。方法依托医院相关职能管理科室已有的制度条款制定《乐清市人民医院医师执业行为管理办法》,回顾性分析2013年4月至2016年3月每位医师的记分扣分数据,进行统计和分析,评价其管理效果。结果全院每年扣分人数和平均扣分值持续下降,从275分降到201分。其中,交接班记分从64人次降到24人次,会诊记分从92人次降到20人次,危急值记分从38人次降到8人次。整体医疗制度执行的质量明显提高,特别是医疗核心制度、考勤制度、纠纷配合、病历质量等。结论实行医师执业行为记分办法在医院医师管理中起到非常重要的作用,是医院内控的一项长期有效的管理抓手。 Objective To establish a management method of 12 points scoring system to promote physicians to implement the rules and regulations of the hospital. Method Yueqing People's Hospital Regulation on Physician Practice Behavior was formulated based on existing regulations of administrative departments in the hospital. Retrospective analysis was conducted on scoring data of each physician from April 2013 to April 2016 to evaluate the effect of the scoring system. Results The number of physicians having deduction per year declined, and the average deduct points decreased from 275 points down to 201 points. The number of physician having deduction for working shifts decreased from 64 down to 24, for consultation from 92 to 20, for crisis values from 38 down to 8. The overall quality of regulation implementation obviously improved, especially for core medical system, work attendance checking system, dispute coordination, and quality of medical records. Conclusion The implementation of the physician practice behavior scoring system plays a very important role in the management of physicians in a hospital, and is also the starting point of effective long-term internal control.
